- ECL Account Credentials: Your Express Courier Link login credentials (username and password) which are encrypted to authenticate your account with our shipping APIs.
- App Settings: Configuration preferences such as default origin city, sender name, return address, and contact details to streamline your shipping process.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Manage Services: To create shipping bookings, generate labels, and manage the end-to-end logistics for your orders.
- API Authentication: To authenticate your requests with the Express Courier Link logistics API, ensuring secure and verified access.
- Shipment Tracking: To track shipment statuses and synchronize this information back to your Shopify store for you and your customers.
- Communication: To contact you regarding your account, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and send important service updates.

- With Delivery Partners: For international shipments or deliveries outside our direct network, necessary information (like addresses and contact details) may be shared with last-mile carriers, airlines, or foreign customs authorities to ensure successful delivery and compliance.
